The Grill Master creates divine combinations
The History of Barbecue word barbecue comes from the language of a Caribbean Indian tribe called the Taino. Their word for grilling on a raised wooden grate is barbacoa. The word first appeared in print in a Spanish explorer's account of the West Indies in 1526, according to Planet Barbecue.
Since then, the popularity of barbecues has spread like wildfire. The history of barbecuing in America dates to colonial times, and it has been a part of American culture ever since. In fact, one of the first laws enacted in the colony of Virginia during the 1650s forbade the discharge of guns at a barbecue. By Remy Melina July 26, 2010
Friday and Saturday 6pm - Until
Big Tree BarBQue has amazing BBQ and Soul food with the customer service to match. Often times, restaurants have great customer service or great food, but not both. The thinkers of the progressive era lived by the motto, "Demand perfection, but never expect to get it." Well, you can demand and expect perfection from Big Tree BarBQue. My taste buds exploded like fireworks on the Fourth of July when I took a bite of my barbque ribs. My husband made fun of me because I was licking my fingers. We can't wait to go back!!!
"Yep it is the best #BBQ on the planet. Save me some ribs love y'all!"
“We have been here several times. We have only eaten the Bar-B-Que because that is our favorite spot for BBQ. The service and food have been good every time!"
